A guide to choosing our coffee
We've tried to make it easier for our customers to choose the correct coffee through the simple use of colour. Rather than being a random selection, the colour associated with each coffee will give you a hint as to the overall character you can expect in the cup.
We've used blue for our espresso blends. The evolution of our espresso roasting has been tied closely to the water composition in our region, so it made sense to choose blue to represent our espresso. The brighter blue of the Seasonal Espresso Blend reflects the brighter character in the cup.
We've used green for decaf, which we've continued from our previous labelling.
If you're looking for coffees to brew as filter, cafetière or Aeropress, then we've used a selection of colours to represent the overall flavour profile of these coffees. You will find more detailed flavour notes with each coffee but the colours are there to give you an indication, and to make choosing a little easier.
Our team is more than happy to respond to any questions you have about our coffees. Simply send us an email to email@example.com and we'll get in touch.
