Choices, choices, choices . . .
This week we add a new single origin espresso to the coffees we have on offer making your lives a little bit harder!  Will you stick with our current espresso blend or offer your customers something a little different?  To blend or not to blend?
Our single origin espresso is La Casita from Guatemala.  We've been enjoying this coffee all week - lots of chocolate tones with a bright acidity and a fruitiness that really cuts through milk.
To make life even harder we're offering this single origin espresso at the same price as our blend.  Please let us know if you'd like a taste.
Training Dates
We've put together a series of dates for training at our Roastery.  As always we're offering morning sessions as well as a couple of evenings.  We can accept up to six people on each date but they tend to fill up quickly so we advise you to book early.

Ordering Coffee
We'd just like to remind our customers about the need to order coffee at the start of each week.  We generally prefer orders to be received on a Monday so we can plan our roasting but appreciate that this is not always possible.  As long as an order is received by close of business on a Tuesday, we will ensure you receive your coffee by the weekend.
Once you have placed an order with us you will receive a confirmation by email, which also outlines your order in full.  Please check this for accuracy.
Unless requested otherwise, all orders will be despatched on a Wednesday for delivery on a Thursday.  You will be notified via email when your order has been despatched.
You will receive a paper copy of your invoice with your order.  We will also email your invoice on a Friday morning.
Finally we came across this video from Cafe Imports, the broker responsible for sourcing the Yirgacheffe Aricha in our current espresso blend.  We hope you enjoy watching it as much as we did.
