Finca Nazareth 250g


Earlier this year we received a visit at our roastery from Fernando Alfaro, the owner of a coffee farm and mill in El Salvador.  During the visit we asked Fernando to suggest a coffee we might like to use, and which represents the work he carries out at the mill.

This is the coffee he chose.  It was grown by Mario Acosta at his farm, Finca Nazareth, and was then processed by Fernando at his mill.  This is a really interesting example of a natural processed coffee and his has some delicious fruity notes in the cup.  Expect flavours of blueberry and lots of natural sweetness.
