Filter brewing or 'batch brew' is arguably the easiest and most consistent way of brewing coffee. It's how we brew coffee at home and how we brew coffee daily at our Roastery.

Filter brewing equipment is much cheaper to buy than an espresso machine and it is easy to create batches of different sizes.
