The pressure generated by the steam boiler really helps you create wonderfully silky milk, which is crucial if you yearn to pour latte art.
A dual boiler system also allows you to precisely control the temperature of the espresso shot. At the Roastery we brew our espresso at 93.8ºC.
This espresso machine does not have a built in grinder so you will need to have a separate grinder alongside. We pair ours with the Mahlkonig X54.
