This 85% dark hot chocolate is made from cocoa mass from Guinea in West Africa and sugar from the UK.  That's it!

Milk Chocolate contains cocoa solids 85% minimum

This product has been made in a facility that handles milk on the same production line.

How to Make Our Hot Chocolate

You can make our hot chocolate using any one of three simple methods.

Use 35g of chocolate flakes to 220ml of milk. Then follow any of the methods below.

old school

On the Stove

Pour the milk and chocolate flakes into a pan and warm on the stove, whisking throughout. Pour into your favourite mug and enjoy!

quick & easy

In the Microwave

Place the chocolate flakes into your favourite mug. Stir in the milk and microwave for around 2 minutes, stirring part way through.

Stir and enjoy!

barista method

On an Espressso Machine

Place the chocolate flakes into a jug and add the milk. Heat using your steam wand, adding a little air to give a nice foamy finish. Pour into your favourite mug and enjoy!
