Meet the Team

One of the things that makes Carvetii special is the team of people we have working for us. They help make the Roastery and enjoyable place which is in turn reflected in the quality of our products. Everyone at Carvetii has a role to play in shaping your coffee.

Gareth

A great coffee starts with the best green coffee beans and it’s Gareth’s job to work closely with our coffee broker @mercantacoffee to source the raw materials.

For the first 7 years of the business, Angharad roasted 100% of our coffee and though other team members are now sharing the batch roasting, they do so under her watchful eye.

Having Angharad so heavily involved in production and determining the direction of our roasting is key to the success of the business.
