Our Lakes 55% Dark Chocolate Bars are made using just three ingredients: cocoa mass, cocoa butter and sugar. 

Although this is classed as a dark chocolate it does have an overall smooth character and a silky mouthfeel.  Expect a rich, smooth character with background notes of blueberry and dried fruit.
