The V60

The Clever Coffee Dripper

In this video we’re taking a look at brewing with the Clever Coffee Dripper. It’s a method which combines immersion brewing with drip brewing. For the first part of the brew cycle the coffee remains immersed in water, then the built-in valve allows us to release the coffee through the filter paper.
