Damaged or Incorrect orders
If for any reason your order is incorrect or damaged then Carvetii Coffee Limited offers a replace or refund policy. Please contact us to arrange return of the goods.
Change of mind
If you have changed your mind and the items are unsuitable then please contact us within 7 days to arrange an exchange or refund of your goods. For a refund you will incur a carriage charge for the returned goods. For an exchange you will incur a carriage charge for the returned goods and also the exchange items. Please note that exchanges and refunds are subject to the provided goods being in a perfect, unused condition, and complete in their unopened original packaging. Please allow 10 working days for this process.
All shipping back to Carvetii Coffee Limited is to be paid for by the customer. We recommend that your carrier gives you a ‘proof of delivery’ as Carvetii Coffee Limited cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
