Our Latitude Espresso comprises two coffees from origins we have used many times before - La Coipa in Peru and Musasa Ruli in Rwanda

La Coipa is a blend from just two farms based in the Cajamarca region of Peru: La Palma and Los Gentiles. The producers, Luis García and Noriel Mendoza each work diligently within their farms to produce high quality coffee.

We have paired this with a special lot from the Musasa Ruli cooperative. This particular lot of coffee has been produced by 75 exceptional female producers, each owning farms of around a quarter of a hectare.

As an espresso expect a crisp but balanced acidity with flavours of candied orange and blackcurrant in the cup. When served with milk there is an underlying fruitiness with smooth tones of butter toffee.

Our seasonal espressos each come with their own story, which is part of what makes them so special. Here we take a closer look at the producers behind this coffee.
