Also known as Red Bush, it is produced in South Africa. Rooibos is known to have excellent antioxidant properties and is naturally caffeine free. The liquor is bright and rich with a delicious sweet orange and light clove character.
Brewing our teas is pretty straight forwards but you will get the most out of them if you follow some simple instructions.
Use 3g of tea to every 225 ml water.
We suggest a water temperature of 98ºC for fruit & herbal teas.
Brew for 3-7 minutes depending on your preferred strength.
