Sitio Corrego da Aldeia is situated on the eastern coast of Brazil in
the Espirito Santo Mountains region which is known for its climbing
altitudes and pockets of small holder coffee producers. The farm is
nestled in the town of Vargem Alta and has been in the Pasti family
for over 80 years, being run by three generations. The name Corrego
da Aldeia refers to the abundance of water in the area and was
named after the streams and lagoons nurturing the trees.
