This October we will be installing a brand new 25kg Probat coffee roaster and need to expand our team to deal with our continued growth. The successful candidate will take a lead on providing technical support to our customers as well as supporting our weekly production of coffee. This role does not involve the roasting of coffee.

The role in brief

We provide technical support for a wide range of espresso machines and grinders. This involves implementing a regular service schedule as well as responding to callouts where machines have failed to work. A part of this role is shared across our whole team but we also need someone to take a lead in this area. While no previous experience is necessary, the ability to handle tools and to problem solve would be an advantage. We provide full training both internally and off-site with equipment manufacturers.

Each week we roast, pack and ship coffee and tea across the UK. Part of the role will be to support the packing and shipping of orders, alongside the rest of our team. In addition, there will also be an opportunity to be involved in growing sales and looking for new accounts.

Hours and pay

The starting salary will be based upon experience pertinent to the role, and we undertake an annual salary review.. This role will involve some evening and weekend work, with the majority of the working hours being between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Must haves!
